Magnesium bisglycinate chelate is a well tolerated form of magnesium that is easily and comfortably assimilated without irritation of GI tissues. P-5-P Plus™ is especially useful to support both B6 and magnesium nurtriture, amino acid balance, and liver function.
As a dietary supplement take one capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Capsules may be pulled apart and nutrients taken separately.
